The rules for using Frost.

Effective September 1, 2026. By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or using Frost Survival Coach (FSC), you agree to these terms.

What FSC is

FSC provides independent strategy tools, educational information, account analysis, and coaching for Whiteout Survival players. FSC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Century Games. Whiteout Survival and related names and game assets belong to their respective owners.

Age and permission

You must be at least 13 to create or use an FSC account. If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must review these Terms and the Privacy Policy and give you permission to use FSC. A parent or legal guardian must authorize your paid membership and recurring charges. Do not submit another person's payment details without authorization. If applicable law requires additional permission or a higher minimum age, those requirements also apply.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your FSC sign-in credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. Provide accurate information where it is needed for billing or coaching. Do not use FSC to impersonate another person, disrupt the service, bypass membership controls, or access another member's private information.

Memberships and recurring billing

Paid memberships renew monthly until canceled. The price and included benefits shown at checkout apply to the plan you select. You can manage plan changes, payment information, and cancellation from Membership & Billing in your Command Center. A cancellation stops future renewal; access may continue through the paid period shown in your account. Billing questions can be sent to FSC support.

Refunds and cancellation

Membership payments are generally non-refundable, including unused time, unused benefits, and renewal charges when you did not cancel before renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not automatically refund an existing charge. Exceptions include confirmed duplicate or incorrect charges, refunds required by law, and refunds FSC chooses to approve. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy for details and how to report a billing problem. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

Coaching availability

Human coaching benefits depend on the membership level and Frost Coach availability. Scheduled Check-Ins require an available appointment. Regular Q&A is not an instant live-chat service. Priority Questions are available only while Priority Coaching coverage is open, and the current response target is shown before a Priority Question is used. Response and completion targets are service goals, not guarantees where circumstances outside FSC's reasonable control intervene.

Strategy guidance and game outcomes

Whiteout Survival changes over time and player results depend on account state, game updates, other players, spending choices, event timing, and many other factors. FSC works to provide accurate, practical guidance but does not guarantee a particular game result, ranking, damage score, event outcome, account value, or return on spending.

AI-assisted content

Some features use AI to assist with strategy guidance and report drafting. AI output can be imperfect. Where a membership specifically includes a coach-reviewed report, FSC reviews that report before delivery; other AI features should still be treated as guidance rather than a guarantee.

Your content

You keep ownership of screenshots, messages, notes, and other content you submit. You give FSC permission to store and process that content as needed to operate the service, provide requested coaching, troubleshoot problems, and maintain your account history. Do not upload material you do not have the right to share.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to exploit, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, bypass access controls, distribute malicious code through, or use FSC for unlawful activity. FSC may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect members, the platform, payment systems, or legal obligations.

Service changes

FSC may improve, replace, or discontinue features as the platform develops. If a material change affects a paid membership benefit, FSC will make reasonable efforts to communicate the change and avoid reducing already-paid access without an appropriate replacement or remedy.

Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, FSC is provided on an as-available basis and is not responsible for indirect losses arising from game decisions, third-party outages, game changes, or use of strategy guidance. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
