Understand your membership payments.

Payments are generally non-refundable

FSC memberships provide access to tools and the coaching benefits included in your plan. Payments are generally non-refundable. We do not offer automatic refunds for unused days, unused tools or coaching benefits, a change of mind, or a renewal that occurred before you canceled. This includes memberships where you have already received coaching or an Account Review.

Cancel before your next renewal

You can cancel online in Membership & Billing. Cancellation stops future renewal. Your membership access continues through the paid-through date shown in your account unless a separate refund or account restriction changes that access. Cancellation does not automatically refund a payment already made. Deleting the app shortcut, stopping use of FSC, or sending a refund request does not itself cancel your subscription.

Billing errors and exceptions

If you believe a charge is duplicated, incorrect, unauthorized, or taken after a confirmed cancellation, contact us so we can investigate and correct confirmed billing errors. FSC may approve other refunds at its discretion. A discretionary exception does not create an automatic refund entitlement for future payments.

Nothing in this policy excludes refunds, cancellation rights, or other remedies required by applicable law, including remedies for services not provided as required. Those rights take priority over this policy.

Report a billing problem

Email coach@frostsurvivalcoach.com with your account email, charge date and amount, and a brief explanation. Do not send your full card number, security code, password, or bank login. We will review the request and explain the outcome. Approved refunds are returned through the payment provider where possible; your bank or provider controls when the credit appears.
