Your information, plainly explained.

Information you provide

When you create an account or use FSC, you may provide an email address, display name, Whiteout Survival account and progression information, goals, inventory and resource information, coaching questions, uploaded screenshots, feedback, and other information you choose to save or send to Frost Coach.

Account and usage information

FSC stores account identifiers and information needed to keep your saved profile, membership, tool usage, onboarding progress, coaching history, and entitlements working across sessions. Feedback submissions may also include the page you were viewing, your browser/device information, and submission time so we can investigate problems.

First-party service analytics

FSC records basic first-party page-view information needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and understand use of the service. A page-view record may include the time of the visit, the FSC page path, whether the visitor was signed in, the FSC account identifier when signed in, and the hostname of an external referring website when the browser provides one.

These operational records do not create a hidden cross-session identity for anonymous visitors and do not store full referral URLs, landing-page query strings, URL fragments, free-text search terms, or a fingerprint of an anonymous visitor. Signed-in page views can be associated with the account because the account is already authenticated.

Browser storage and optional referral analytics

FSC uses browser storage and authentication cookies to keep you signed in, remember choices, and save information used by its tools. Some tool data may remain only on the browser where you entered it. Clearing browser storage can remove that local data.

Separate optional referral analytics is off unless you enable it below. When enabled, FSC stores a random visitor identifier in this browser and records a public landing-page category, the referring website's hostname, and campaign labels from links. New optional referral records do not include full referral URLs, landing-page query strings, URL fragments, or free-text search terms. If you sign in while this option is enabled, we may associate that referral information with your FSC account to understand which campaigns lead to memberships.

Turning this option off stops future optional referral tracking and removes this browser's optional visitor identifier. It does not disable the basic first-party service analytics described above. It also does not automatically erase optional referral records already received. You can contact us about those records or account deletion. Each browser has its own setting. Your access to FSC does not depend on allowing optional referral analytics.

Agreement records

For new self-service signups, we record the policy versions you accept, an age range rather than a full birth date, your statement of parental permission where applicable, and a server-recorded acceptance time. For paid subscriptions, we record billing consent and associate it with the resulting subscription. These are records of your statements, not independent identity or parental-authority verification.

Payments

Membership payments are processed by Braintree, a PayPal service. Card and wallet payment details are entered into Braintree-hosted payment fields and are not stored by FSC. FSC stores billing identifiers, subscription status, plan, and billing-period information needed to manage membership access.

AI-assisted features

Some FSC features use AI to generate strategy guidance or assist with Frost Reports. Information relevant to the request may be sent to the AI service used by FSC so the feature can produce a response. Human coaching features may also use AI-assisted drafts that are reviewed by Frost Coach before delivery where the product says coach review is included.

Service providers

FSC relies on service providers to host the website and database, authenticate accounts, process payments, deliver transactional email, and provide AI-assisted features. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to FSC and are subject to their own privacy and security terms.

How we use information

We use information to operate FSC, save your account data, calculate entitlements, personalize strategy guidance, deliver coaching and reports, send account or appointment communications, process billing events, understand site usage, troubleshoot problems, prevent abuse, and improve the platform.

Sharing and sale of personal information

FSC does not sell personal information. We share information with service providers only when necessary to operate the platform, comply with law, protect FSC or its users, or complete a transaction you requested.

Data retention and security

We keep account, billing, coaching, and operational information for as long as reasonably needed to provide FSC, maintain records, resolve disputes, troubleshoot or secure the service, and meet legal or payment obligations. FSC uses access controls and row-level database security to restrict member data, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can update much of your player information from your Command Center. You may also contact FSC to request help with account information, privacy questions, or account deletion. Some records may need to be retained where required for billing, fraud prevention, security, service integrity, or legal obligations.

Children

FSC accounts are for people age 13 and older. Users under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian, and a parent or guardian must authorize paid memberships. We do not knowingly allow accounts for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to FSC without appropriate consent, contact us so we can review and remove it where required.
